UK DELIVERY

If you have a mainland UK address, we’ve got a range of delivery options available for you to choose from. You can have your parcel delivered straight to your home for as little as £2.99 using our standard delivery service, or completely FREE if you spend over £15

All of our parcels are now sent using a tracked service. This means you can rest easy knowing your items are traceable in safe hands until they reach your door. 

We’ve outlined more details about our UK delivery services in the table below, however first please read a few important points about orders and delivery:

Delivery is available to most postal areas in the UK and Northern Ireland, but unfortunately, location or carrier availability can restrict our service. Occasionally we cannot deliver certain products to outlying regions of the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and the Channel Islands.

There are also a few postcode areas, mainly remote, rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual delivery times. For these areas please allow an additional day for delivery.

We can only deliver to the registered PayPal or Credit Card address. Please ensure your address is up to date before placing your order.

No claim for loss can be made until 15 days after your order has been shipped.

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND. HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I’VE ORDERED?

If you would like to return an item, please get in touch via email at tentinytoessocks@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning an unwanted item to us.

Before you send the item, please make sure that it’s unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging with the tags attached.

Please note that in the interest of hygiene we can’t accept items such as hosiery, underwear and swimwear back for a refund or exchange.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR DOESN’T WORK?

If you would like to return a faulty item to us, please get in touch via email at tentinytoessocks@gmail.com We will assume responsibility for shipping charges incurred for returning a faulty item to us.
